No service at peak times
I have AT&T for my phone and iPad and I can not send texts or stream data at peak times. It occurs around 8:00 pm every single day. Why does AT&T slow service down to the point of no service at peak times? I was told that there is no service plan available where I will not have this issue with AT&T and if it is not fixed I’ll have to switch carriers

We want to help shed some light on why you may be experiencing a drop in service and change your mind about us, @Chriss321.
Many things can affect your wireless signal, some will surprise you! Learn about what can affect your wireless signal, and what you can do to improve it:
Environmental Factors - Dead Zones
If there is one spot where you never get calls or text and everything works by moving 5 feet away, then this is known as a dead-zone. These are caused by the environment of your surroundings. Unfortunately dead-zones, in homes or offices, are beyond AT&T's control.
Solution:
Treadmills and Stationary Bikes
Almost all electronics emit electromagnetic interference that not only disrupts your wireless signal, but your Wi-Fi signal. The bigger the device, like an elliptical, the more interference it produces.
Solution:
Restart your device
