Rewards Card

I was upsold from 300 speed to 1000 speed with a promotion of $400 rewards card.  When it was time to get the reward,  I was told they only give $250 rewards after having the 1000 speed for over 30 days.  Where is my $150 AT&T. I called 4 times to let them know that I had not gotten even the $250 rewards card.  AT&T told me they sent me an email and they sent a letter explaining how to get the reward card.  I got none of these.  Just send the card. I did receive a rewards card yesterday June 10, 2024 for $250. The process is too long (3 months I initiated service in February 2024) and cumbersome.  Also, I was scammed into getting a speed I did not need because of the rewards card promotion of $400. That I did not get. AT&T I will not get anymore services from you until this is cleared up.  Please stop sending out your sales people to my house.
