uverse offers

Are there any uverse internet offers. In my area I can only get 6mb uverse. There are no cable companies near my street.I live on the outside city limits. I tried an att hotspot once but speed goes way down. I guess there is no Carrier aggregation for att. but my verizon is good but i don't have unlimited on it. I would switch to att if my speed was good enough. I have been trying out Directv now and so far I like it. but am afraid of going over 1 terabyte cap on uverse. plus the whole family is sometimes online. Any updates on my area 78595. ATT map says lte but sure doesn't feel like it. only with verizon. i would sure like the Directv now discount. if wireless would work.
