West LA - New Fiber Today - never over 400mb - boo.

Hooked up 1000 Fiber today to replace my 300mb TW/Spectrum plan. I have not gotten over 400mb on a regular basis the entire day.  Tried changing channels etc but even with ethernet cable hooked up it wouldn't break 650mb - and was all over the place even still.  I was excited about fiber because I upload and download huge files for work and thought this would make a big difference. At this point I'm not sold and think I'll just switch back to TW cause why pay the extra cash for Fiber for an extra 50mb.

It seems like many are having this issue - anyone think there is a larger issue with my connection or are these speeds pretty typical for everyone out there with Fiber 1000??
