why does AT&T stink so bad?

I have been a customer for 17 years in the same location. For the first 13 years, no real problems. My bill tripled in the last 4 years, and for the past year, I have had NOTHING but sketchy, intermittent service. It stinks! And no, I'm not calling to waste another 2 hours of my life to run 'checks' so at&t can employ less techs. You stink. So bad that I am done complaining & will spend tomorrow finding a new internet provider. AMF at&t. You stink so bad! & your robot sensor made me change s~ck to "stink". That really s~cks too!!!

AT&T falsly claimed they could give me a discount before signing up. The never asked me if I needed help with installation. Later I was told that there would be a $39. installation fee, charged over 3 months. I found out after signing up that there was no senior disablity discount.

Later after switching back due to being lied too, they charged me the whole month, plus a $99 installation fee. I had heared before to be weary of their price gouging of customers. I guess I was right. They ripped me off and then on top it. I am a disabled senior. That really takes the cake. I am such a limited budget. The $200 they took out of me is almost my ren
