Will Steal Additional money from your account

I have recordings of a conversation where AT&T rep admits to a lot of customers not receiving emails and asking me if I’m wanting a credit. I have the lowest internet plan and have had it for 3 years. No issue. I am sick and working part time with children and needed to get medication. When I couldn’t it was because AT&T took out and additional 35 dollars from my account which had never happened before. I had to call navy federal and  get them to return my money. Thank god they did. Chris in the loyalty department laughed at me when I said I needed the my medication or I’d be hospitalized and I’m posting all of these on tic toc when I get better. I know people with resonate with my situation because many people like myself budget every dollar they make for a month to keep their families afloat. Be aware. When I post the conversations I’ll have my daughter tag all news stations because ppl should know. I pray no other family gets robbed in this way again and has to choose between internet and staying ALIVE. God bless
