Any way to Reset IPv4

I figured this only really fit in "Security", if it is in the wrong section I hope a moderator would be able to move it to the proper one but,

Recently I joined a sketchy TeamSpeak server and I've learned that my IP is shown in the console logs of the server, I put 2 and 2 together and realized my recent outages were likely DoS attacks by these people. Thus, I want to know if theres a way to reset my IPv4, as these semi-frequent attacks are getting pretty pesky, and they get in the way of browsing the internet, playing games, streaming content, and other even more simple tasks.

I have an NVG599 if that matters.
