AT&T user phishing

Someone with a sbcglobal email (which google tells me is part of AT&T has been sending me phishing emails. Is there somewhere I can forward it to report him?

Everybody get spam and phishing to one degree or another.  Toss them in the trash and move on.

If they are already being filtered into your spam folder then there's not much you can do.

If they are appearing in your inbox then flag them as spam in the hopes that if you do that enough times the spam filters will be trained they are spam and filter them into your spam folder for you.

If they are already appearing in your inbox and there is some constant string in each of the spam/phishing emails arriving in your inbox then you might be able to create your own filters to move them into the trash or spam.

If the sending email address is always the same (odds are pretty low that will happen) then you could block the email address so you would never see it.

Bottom line, att/yahoo webmail provides pretty poor tools to block spam/phishing and the spammers know it and how to get around the spam filters and few tools at your disposal.

Finally, if it makes you feel good and want to waste some time read the att postmaster page which includes the statement that you could report it to abuse@att.net.  But like I said you will be wasting your time.
