ATT.net email will not delete

I am trying to delete all of the email in the inbox and trash on my wife's account (2,081 in inbox and 4,999 in trash). When I search the inbox or trash and select all and delete I get an error saying the the delete was unsuccessful. How can I get this done?

Hi @BKMalik,

 

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having deleting your email. In some instances, the browser needs to be updated in order for some features to work. If the browser is updated, attempt using another like Chrome or Firefox.
