Can't get email.

My email is hosted by PerformanceHosting.  It is a private email using our family name.

Outlook has never had a problem getting my emails until today.  Now I have to turn off my WiFi to get emails.  It appears as if the router is blocking the domain.  How do I allow access.

Hello @Takiteze

It does sound like your hosting company has some security issues that cause AT&T to block it. If that's the case, it is something that your hosting company needs to resolve with AT&T directly.

Thank you,

Are you saying you can receive email when you connect to the router using an ethernet cable, but you can't get email using the router's wi-fi connection?
