Continued att.net email blockage

I have posted once before about this issue, but now it has hit my bank account.  Since not being able to log into my account, I have lost money due to not being able to authorize or change settings based on security that my financial institution does.  The constant loop of "reset your password" is driving me insane.  I haven't attempted for two days to login, and STILL have the same issues.  I cannot believe that AT&T along with Yahoo find this acceptable!?!?!?  How do you run a business with so many people experiencing the same issue?  The sad preformatted response that the admins here have are ridiculous.  Quit making excuses and FIX THE PROBLEM.

Hello @Rugby8813

We understand you're having issues with your email account.

When was the last time you were able to login?

November 1st. My previous post stated there was some sort of issue, but I
no longer buy that excuse as it's been well over 2 weeks. There is no way
an internet company can function if part of it's email system isn't working
for over 2 weeks.

I've had the temporary password, I've changed my password, I can log into
att.com and att.net. However, I cannot log into email. There is a constant
loop to change my password.

I've had this email for years and as I mentioned, due to security
restrictions, changing my email from my home is impossible without
accessing my email.

I provided my email address, contact number and whether it was a free email or not...  I got told that there is a glitch on the Yahoo side of the fence.  Regardless, after 18 days, this is unacceptable.  If I were a paying customer, which I was when I originated my email address, I am quite certain a solution would have been found or access to my email would be granted.  Eighteen (18) days without email access and thousands of dollars inaccessible thanks to your garbage platform.  Here is what the Customer Service person told me in Private Message:

Hi, Rugby8813! Thanks for providing us with your details! Reviewing your email and concern with the looping with your email access is as a result of a glitch on the yahoo side. They are already working to resolve this matter. We appreciate your continued patience! Thank you! Yetty, AT&T Community Specialist
