email and myatt password

My name is Pat Enloe and my account number is 404 377 1020 023 0355. I am locked out of my email account (fpenloe@bellsouth.net). A couple of months ago, my email was hacked and ATT reset my password to both accounts but I can't seem to find the password to get in. The way to reset the email it myatt and I can't get in there either because it was also reset. I would love for someone to respond to this with a fix or for and ATT service member to contact my cell and help me reset my account. I've tried to call multiple service numbers and just keep getting automated voice responders that don't know what I'm saying and are unable to help me.
