Forwarding with the "new" att/yahoo webmail

This is for anyone who want's to create or review an email forwarding address with the "new" att/yahoo webmail.  You know you might want to create one of these when you get so fed up with att/yahoo webmail you want to move to another service and forward all your att email to your new service!

The short answer, as best as I can tell, is you cannot create or review a forwarding address in the new webmail!  If it's hiding somewhere I certainly cannot find it. The logical place would be in the settings->mailboxes->mailbox list->the account.  That was what used to be the old settings->accounts->the account.  But while the old email had forwarding in there this new mailbox list thing doesn't.  Who tests this stuff anyway?

The good news is you can switch back to "classic" and the POP&Forwarding option is still there so all is not lost.

Other that this it's the same old webmail changed for change sake (colors, layout).  No real added email functionality that I can see.  Not sure what else is missing...yet.Man Frustrated

Overdue update to above forwarding post above:

The above was posted around the time the "new" webmail was released.  Sometime (don't recall now) after I posted that Forwarding was added back in by clicking the settings gear -> more settings -> mailboxes -> click account in mailboxes  -> forwarding.  So it's back.  But unlike the "classic" POP&Forwarding setting the "store and forward" vs. "store and forward and mark as read" choices are not available.  It's always implied "store and forward".  But you can still always switch to "classic" if you want the other choice although I haven't verified the "mark as read" actually works.  Maybe no one uses it anyhow so that's why the choice is not given in "new".

I'm only posting this now due to someone kudo'ing post 1.  I had forgotten I even started this thread.Man Surprised
