How do we get this port unblocked?

Installation Address: [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]

104.10.16.80/29   need port 25 OUTBOUND mail port unblocked.

104.10.16.83/29 is attempting to send mail OUT from clients residing at above address.

Port 25 is timing out rather than sending mail out.

port 25 is reachable on hosted email server (From the internet it is reachable)

alt1.aspmx.l.google.com 25

From the IP space 104.10.16.80/29 is it NOT reachable.

Port 25 is blocked by default due to SPAM....

Regular support does not work with this issue, you will need to use ConnecTech, a billable service to have your request fulfilled or use the standard 465 or 587, both require SSL.

nbound.att.net / 995

outbound.att.net / 465

Those are the settings you need to use for your mail haldling program.

ATT's settings are non-standard, but they do work.

use 465 instead of 25..  should function, no problem.
