Locked out!!!

Locked out of my account and stuck in an endless loop of useless pages asking if I’ve forgotten my password and/or User ID.  Can’t sign in, called customer service and spent HOURS trying to work it out which turned out to be time wasted. I need access to my account.  This is crazy.  Please help.
