Been there. Your email has been hacked. It happened to me twice in 3 months.
Change you password immediately. Then set up 2 stage verification on your email account.
It prevents your email from being used on a new device without a code being entered. The code is sent to a phone you choose at set up, so pick carefully. I use my cell because it's always with me.
