BEWARE att driver

Beware of an AT&T driver With the license plate ZXB4326 ID on the van was 1131780-115. The driver was going 25 and a 55 with no hazard lights on. The driver continuously Break checked us, and at one point, slammed their brakes on so hard that we almost hit them. My wife and five year-old son were in the car. This scared my son. Contacted AT&T and spoke with a person named Reagan. This person didn’t seem to care much and just kept saying they will follow up with someone and had a different team each time. It wasn’t until I kept asking if I was going to get a follow up that they direct me to this form. I spoke with a police officer after the situation and AT&T, I spoke with said that since I spoke with the police officer, I didn’t need to continue. Even though I told her that the police officer told me to report this situation to AT&T. It doesn’t feel good to know that a service that I’ve used for so long doesn’t seem to care about safety on the road.

The correct way to report an unsafe driver is to call the police. You might have been talking to someone in India for all you know.
