Reckless driver

Hello good morning 

I was driving my daughter to school today around 850-9. I was coming into the intersection of Santa ana st and walnut to make a left. Where i had a right away no stop left turn. Your employee who had a stop, blew the stop making the right turn and almost hitting me and my daughter. I think that the employee needs more driving training immediately.  I have his license plate and truck reference number.
