Apartment gate code is not working

Please let us know if other callers are able to reach out to you and if this is a concern with multiple numbers? This information will better determine if this is an carrier concern or not. (If not, then this will have to be resolved and troubleshooted through your apartment complex and the system that they're using to process your number.)

Other callers are able to reach out to me with no problem. This is the only number I am having issues with.

Hi @dtmccain! Let's address why you are unable to receive call from your apartment complex gate system!

Please check your blocked phone calls on your phone app or blocked text messages. We also recommend checking your AT&T Mobile Security App or Call Protect app for calls that may be blocked and remove from list. 

Lastly, some wireless plans may have mobile security and call protect features. Learn how to Opt out online for fraud call blocking and spam alerts or downgrade the Mobile Security apps.

We also recommend reaching out to your apartment complex if we are still unable to help fix your apartment phone call concern, as it could be an error on their end.

Well my problem is I am able to receive the call that someone is at the gate , but  my phone does not open the gate when I press 9
