Att photo storage app not backing up photos

When I go into my att photo storage app it loads and starts to try to backup but never actually does and it is not backing up my photos. I asked about the same issue on here awhile ago and without doin anything it started to work again after almost 5 months of it nit. I’m not sure if ATT can refresh something on their end or not. I’ve turned off and turned back on my WiFi, I’ve reset my router, I’ve shut my phone down and done a hard reset, and I’ve shut down and went back into the photo app multiple times and it’s still not working. I will not delete the app and re-download it because that last time I done that I lost every picture I had in it. Any help at all on this matter would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much for your time.

We understand you're ongoing concern, Let's look into your AT&T Photo Storage App 

 

Please let us know what type of device you are currently using to better assist you. Please make sure your Device Software is updated to the latest software to keep up with application updates.

 

Also, have you tried accessing the app online? Let us know. Try switching browsers and clearing your cookies and cache on your browser settings. This resets your device. Lastly, make sure you have enough space on your device as this is known to cause application concerns.

1. Remove the app and reinstall it : This will help refresh the app's connection and install the latest version of it. 

2. Restart your device : This is a common fix to most device trends. 

3. Reset the network settings : This will help sync your device to nearby towers.
