Can't set up conditional call forwarding on Galaxy S7 Edge

I'm trying to set up conditional call forwarding on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, so I can use the YouMail app for my voicemail. I need to set it up only for "forward when busy", "forward when unanswered", and "forward when unreachable". Each time I try to set it up for any of these, I get the following error message: "Failed to read data Unexpected response from network" I know that the number I am trying to forward to is a valid number, because I dialed it and got the correct voicemail response. In addition, I can make call forwarding work when I try "Always forward". But I need it to forward only when I am unable to answer it. YouMail says that it is compatible with Android phones using AT&T. Is that not true?

Hi @jmrcrp,

Have you recently switched from an iOS device to an Android device? If so, it may have to do with your IMEI in the billing system. I know it sounds weird, but I've had this happen to me before.

Try this, to check the status of your conditional call forwarding, dial *#004# and press the talk button on your phone's dialer. Does it come back with info or give some kind of error?

If it gives an error, I would call customer service and see if your IMEI is up to date. And if not, have them update it. Restart your phone, and then try again.

If that doesn't work, you will want to call tech support at 800-331-0500 from another phone and do troubleshooting to see what's going on.

Hope this helps!
