Device Unlock not working

I am using an AT&T issued phone (model: V341U) and am trying to use the "Unlock Device" app, however the app simply opens, and then immediately closes.

I went to "Google Play" and attempted to download the app again, however, the site explains that, "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore. Contact the developers for more info."

Does anyone know what app I may use to unlock my phone?

Thank you, but I've tried this site numerous times. Once adding all my information, AT&T simply replies with the comment to use the "Device Unlock" app.

This is the message when I attempt to use AT&T's "Device Unlock" app...

Hello Houdini1031, we're here to help with your device unlock request.

We want to get you into a Direct Message to further review. Check your Direct Message Inbox (it's the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).

In the meantime, try clearing the cache and cookies and power cycling your phone by pressing and holding the Power/Lock button on the right side of the device, then select Power off. To turn the device back on, press and hold the Power/Lock button until the screen lights up.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app may help as well.

If the above does not help, not to worry, we will get started on figuring out the root cause and work towards a solution. Keep an eye out for the DM.

I tried your suggestion of clearing the cache and cookies + recycling the power, but it had no positive effect.

Why isn't ther ean updated version of the "AT&T Unlock Device" app listed on Goole Play?
