Find lost phone
I may have recently turned off "Location" on my Android. Neither Samsung nor Google can contact it. Are there any suggestions? I left it on the roof of the car of a stranded motorist.

Report the phone lost and buy a new phone or hope the stranded motorist returns your phone. If you turned off location services, there is no mechanism to locate it. If you think that AT&T can track the phone via cell towers, they won’t.
