Hotspot "Failed to enable"
My Hotspot isn't working! Can you help?
The device is in service
I checked Settings > Personal Hotspot > "Allow Others to Join" and "Maximize Compatibility"
My computer finds the device, but when I select the device for my Wi-Fi network, my computer displays the error saying "Failed to enable Personal Hotspot on '[Device Name]'. Check to see if the device is turned on and in range of your computer."

Resetting your hotspot device is the fastest fix in most cases. If you aren't sure how to do it, you can find the directions by selecting your device here.
If that doesn't work, we'll need more information in order to assist you. Are you using your phone as a hotspot or do you have a mobile hotspot device? If so, which device do you have? Are you getting any kind of error message?
