How can I get AT&T to update their CNAM registry database to display my companies name??

My business is not an ATT Customer.  We Utilize TEAMS VOICE and have updated the CNAM DB to our company name but when we call ATT cell phones, the called ID does not display as our Company name. .  It appears that the ATT CNAM database is still showing the wrong caller ID.   How can I get AT&T to update their CNAM registry database to the correct name?

@allcareIT  The support link works for me.  In any case, that is the only response that AT&T will provide on this forum, telling you to contact them via the methods on their support page.  They will not reach out to you directly.  In any case, this forum will close in a day or two.

Hey @allcareIT! We hear you and understand that the CNAM needs to be updated, we're here to provide the help you need

We understand how important it is to have the correct Caller ID name listed. 

Here are few steps that you can follow:

  • Go to your myAT&T profile and select People & permissions.
  • Select Show details for the number you want to update on Caller ID.
  • Choose Edit for Caller ID.
  • Enter the info and select Save.

For clarity please visit- change your display name


Please note:  Parties the customer called prior to the CNAM change may need to clear their address books or Caller ID records on devices that may have saved the previous CNAM name.

Yeah I would give it till after the 4th knowing Microsoft and ATT.  They both are slow at doing most things but ATT for sure.  I did a change and it took a month to go thru.
