My Primary and personal eSIM numbers are the same. Should I shut one of them off?

What are you trying to do?  If you have only one eSIM in a dual SIM phone, by default it’s the Primary number.  If you have two different SIMs (phone numbers) in a phone, one number is Primary and the other is secondary.  Are you trying to swap so the other number is the primary?

I only have one number. I was wondering why it appears as both a primary and personal.

Hello @Edcappa11, let's get you the information you need.

To answer your question, no, you do not need to switch it off. Since you've mentioned that you have only one number, primary and personal is the same number in this case. However, if you have 2 eSIM's on the device, you can choose to change which number is primary and which number is personal.

We hope this answers your question.
