Network unlock code blocked
Phone says invalid sim card network locked sim card inserted. Then says Network unlock code blocked . Enter Mck when restarting phone. How can I get mck code when samsung says that they can't provide me the code and my carrier will? 1

That means that the incorrect unlock code has been entered too many times permanently locking the phone.
AT&T does not have the code, and Samsung cannot give it to you. But AT&T can get it from Samsung on your behalf, if you can prove legitimate purchase of the phone as the original owner
I'd rather than call AT&T, you can file an FCC complaint. The FCC complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management. They will have to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to get the MCK unlock code

I have filed a Fcc complaint because I am 8 months pregnant and I need a way to call my husband or anyone for that matter when I go into labor. How long does it take Fcc to respond back? I'm totally freaking out with this situation and I just need my code asap!
