No caller ID
I received a call from a saved contact and it said “no caller ID” does this mean the caller intentionally toggled show caller ID off? Is there any other reason like the caller was in a bad reception area when making the call for it to show up no caller ID?

Hello @Lately,
We hear you, and want to provide you the information you are looking for.
Kindly go ahead and log into your account at att.com, and go to myAT&T > Billing, Usage, Payments > Usage Reports & Graphs, then on the bottom click on the tab that says Usage and find the row in that Basic Plan Usage table that corresponds to the line that received the call from the "No Caller ID" number, and under the column that says Talk, click on the blue link. For Mobile Share Value plans, it should say "x of unlimited" (in my case, it says 46 of unlimited because I have a total of 46 minutes used for phone calls this month). Once you click on it, it will open up a window that shows detail call history. Make sure the "change billing period" selection is set to the date range that corresponds to when you got the call from the No Caller ID number. For example, if you got it within this ongoing current billing cycle, you'll select "Recent Usage". If it was during the last billing cycle, you'll select "Current Billed Usage". Look at your phone's call history, check when the No Caller ID call took place, and find the corresponding timestamp in the myAT&T call history list. Whatever phone number displays there is the number of that No Caller ID person!
Please let us know if this helps, so we can assist further if needed!
