Our School Number being blocked by AT&T "active armor". How do I report this to get it unblocked?

We recently discovered that our School Auto-Caller for delays/cancellations and other mass notifications are being blocked by AT&T Active Armor. We finally figured out how to go into the app and unblock for selected users. However, our phone numbers we are using through SwiftK12 are registered and shouldn't be classified as spam. Is there a way to get our numbers re-classified and keep them from being blocked aside from having every AT&T parent download the Active Armor app and go in and unblock the number?

I Direct Messaged with AT&T and have gone the route of adding the numbers to freecallerregistry.com. I have done this and will see if this helps resolve the problem.
