Request for Assistance: Removal of Number from Active Armour

Dear AT&T Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance in resolving an issue related to my mother's phone number, which is currently flagged as a high-risk spam number in Active Armour.

Unfortunately, for reasons unknown to us, my mother's legitimate phone number has been mistakenly categorized as a spam number, leading to continuous blocking of her calls and messages. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and disruption in her communication.

I kindly request your support in removing her number from the Active Armour spam list. We believe this is a case of mistaken identity or a technical glitch, as her phone usage adheres to all terms and conditions set forth by AT&T.

Hello, @parkerblendy! We understand how frustrating it must be that your loved one's phone number is listed as spam in ActiveArmor. Rest assured, you've come to the right place!

There is a chance that your loved one's phone number has been flagged. ActiveArmor works to protect you by automatically blocking spam or fraudulent callers, even if the number isn't in your personal block list. In this scenario, you'll need to reach out to Hiya's online help desk and fill out a form to remove the wrongfully flagged contact.

Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums, and feel free to reach out again if you have any additional questions or concerns!
