Hi there garoach, we'll be happy to inform you how to dial + from your iPhone 14 Pro Max!
In order to dial + from your Iphone 14 Pro Max hold down zero on your keypad for 3 seconds, and it will dial out + for you. We hope this helps.
If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reach back out to us.

I just set mine to the full 30 seconds. How do I validate that it is actually set correctly?
Is there another 61 number to call to see my current config?

Was able to successfully change this setting without using the `+` on my account.
According to `https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1009168`, this can only be changed by calling AT&T support line. Tried this first, but was unsuccessful. First tech I got was not able to change at all in his system, so he had me try a different MMI code. His code failed and gave me `call forwarding or MMI problem` error. He escalated the call.
Escalation engineer claimed to have successfully changed this in his system, but upon testing it failed.
This MMI code worked fine for me. Tested by getting someone to call me and started timer to verify wait time.
Someone should write a doc for support that informs them of the correct MMI code, and/or proper procedures to change this in AT&T's internal system. Kinda surprised that this is not something that could be changed by calling your voicemail, and making changes in the voicemail settings.

Apple iPhone 15. I followed these instructions, but ring time stayed at 20 seconds regardless. Any other suggestions?

On my Samsung Android phones this worked:
Dial **61* then the eleven digit call forwarding number, then *11*30# Where 30 is maximum number of seconds, which (Edited per community guidelines).
To verify dial: *#61#
else try

@ATTHelp To confirm something: Is the 11 digit number your phone number? So could you basically just dial something like **61*+15555555555*11*25# (if 1-555-555-5555 was your phone number, and you want 25 seconds)?
