Hello, I am trying to remove the operator lock from my cell phone, I already sent my request with number NUL216716114671, The problem is that I do not receive the email to confirm my unlocking request.

Hi @jangelv, thanks for replying. To answer your question give it 24-48 hours to get a result for device unlock request that you submitted, and try again later with the email address associated with your device's AT&T account.
@krylic I use Gmail for my secondary, throw-away email accounts and get confirmation emails just fine. But, I don't use AT&T/Yahoo email for anything. Never have never will. So have you ever received a confirmation email from AT&T via your Gmail account?

You likely have to try using a different email provider, especially if you’re using Gmail.

Gmail automatically blocks the confirmation emails from AT&T. The way around that is to use a different email provider.
