Visual Voicemail App not working

I have the new Samsung S24 Ultra 5G phone. 
Problem is I installed the ATT Visual Voicemail app, but cannot move past or continue beyond

the first page of the app (frozen) to continue the installation. (see image below)  
Have been back and forth with ATT support, ....installed, reinstalled the app, cleared cache, data, reset phone, have latest software update etc...to no avail. 
It appears there is a glitch with the current version of this app with the new Samsung phone.    Or is there a conflict with 5G?
Are you aware of this problem...is an updated version of this app available to resolve this issue?
P.S. note I have used this app successfully with my prior Samsung Note 10+.

 Clear Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Visual Voicemail. Force stop the app, then click on Storage. Clear both the cache and data. Afterward, open the Visual Voicemail app again; it should prompt you for necessary permissions.

Also, check for any AT&T Visual Voicemail app updates that may be needed, you may also need to reinstall the app if the app did not come pre-installed on the device. 

 

 Verify Internet Connection: Ensure your phone has a signal, as Visual Voicemail relies on an active internet connection.

 Check Regular Voicemail: Sometimes, regular voicemail may interfere with Visual Voicemail. Make sure your regular voicemail is set up correctly.

Thanks for your response but none of your suggestions have worked.

I have done all of your suggestions multiple times  - cleared my cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.  I have ensured my phones software version is at the latest level.  I have deleted any other voicemail apps.  

The issue appears to be with the app itself. After installing from the Google Play Store, It will not allow me to progress beyond the first page of the screen. (the image I had provided in my first message).  It appears to be a compatibility issue with this app and the new Samsung Note S24 Ultra. 

Please note that with my previous phone, the Samsung Note 10+ - the app works fine.  Can you verify with the developer of this app  - or is there another ATT Visual Voicemail app I should be using?
