visual voicemail not available on new 24Ultra??!!

I tried to get my visual voicemail set up on my new Samsung galaxy 24Ultra and it won't set up. I did some google searches and seems that visual voicemail id not an option on this phone? So you pay $1300,on a new phone(I didn't because I got the $1000 off deal) and an app that allows you access to your voicemail without having to enter a password each time isn't available? ridiculous.

So am I missing something or can someone suggest a workaround or an app that actually works without having to enter password every time?

Please ensure that your 4G LTE mobile data is enabled as this is essential in using the visual voicemail feature. Power cycle your device to reset it and reset your network settings to refresh your connection. You'll need to navigate to Settings app>General management>Reset>Reset network settings

 

We also recommend you to upgrade your phone to the latest version as this ensures all apps are running on the latest software version by going here: https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1070617/. Also, check for any AT&T Visual Voicemail app updates that may be needed, you may also need to reinstall the app if the app did not come pre-installed on the device.

I went through the troubleshooting and it's telling me that my phone is not capable of having visual voicemail...
