voice mail box not set up
I reset my voicemail password recently; now when i call my voicemail to check it, I get the message "Sorry, the person you're trying to call does not have their voice mail box set up"
My voicemail worked prior to resetting the password, so i'm not sure what happened.
I went into an AT&T store, and they told me to call 611 to reset my voicemail, so I did, but that didnt fix anything. Next steps?

Once they reset your voicemail, you will need to set it up like a new account.

If you don't get the prompt to set up your voicemail, you may need to contact 2nd level support.

Hi! Thanks for the answer; I dont get any sort of prompt, it just hangs up after it gives the message about my voicemail not being set up. How do I contact 2nd level support?
