How are you getting this message? Does it happen when you check your Voicemail. If not and you are receiving this message then it sounds like a scam.

You are "VIEWING" this message? Sounds like a scam text message then.

Try calling into your voicemail instead.

That is very odd with it saying "system administrator". If it is a business phone then check with your workplace. Otherwise call AT&T and have them verify if the VM is setup correctly in their system or what else is going on.

We have 2 recommendations that may get you back into your voicemail @tburgener

First we recommend you to Refresh your service Login Screen (att.com). This will refresh the backend system and hopefully re-sync it.

If that does not work, change your password Login Screen (att.com). Sometimes resetting the password restores access.

If the above does not help, please know the Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won't be able to look into account specific concerns.

To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page http://sm.att.com/290c88f5 and choose the best option to reach out to us. You can Call, Chat or reach out via Social Media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support.

If you feel your issue is account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know we'll be happy to help.

Thank you,
Dave, AT&T Community Specialist.
