voice mailbox locked.

My voice mailbox is locked. I am told to contact my system manager. this is my personal phone. What is the solution?

Hello @yayi1. Thanks for reaching out to us about unlocking your voicemail. We can help!

 

Try these steps to regain access to your voicemail:

  1. Go to your account overview and open My wireless.
  2. Scroll to My Devices & add-ons and choose the device you want to manage.
  3. Select Manage my device.
  4. Look in Device options & settings, choose Reset voicemail password, and follow the prompts.

Let us know if you are able to regain access with these steps. If not we will be initiating a DM for you.
