Voicemail is locked

My voicemail is locked and it keeps saying to contact system manager. I've done the tech chat, changed password etc. to no avail.

Hello @Marewk, we understand your concern about voice mail, and we're here to help with your voicemail lock inquiry.

 

If you have a new phone, or recently changed your phone or SIM card, you may need to set up your voicemail. Go to Device Support to learn how to set up voicemail on your phone. Make sure you set up your voicemail within 60 days of activation or it’ll be automatically removed from your account.

 

If you have already setup your voicemail try resetting your network settings choosing your device to refresh to the network. Your voicemail may have been reset after a recent update.

 

Also, make sure you have the most recent software update to your phone to make sure you have the latest features and device protection options.
