Where do I find out when my contract ends?
I have searched and followed the instructions all the way through and still have yet to find the date that my contract ends. I have paid off the phone so I would like to know when my contract ends and I can cancel.

AT&T hasn't had contracts for years. At most you have a monthly installment plan for your phone (typically 36 months). If completely paid over that time then there should be no credits left to lose or balance to pay off for it.
For anything that is not available online, you call AT&T as normal. When you get the voice system say "cancel" so you don't have to worry about multiple transfers. Also, when you cancel service goes through to the end of the service month. The final bill is not prorated.
