WiFi Calling E911 Address Invalid

I'm trying to setup my WiFi calling on my iPhone 6s, however when I try to verify my address I get an error saying:

"Need valid address"

"To enable Wi-Fi Calling, we have to have a valid address.  We can't find this address in the emergency 911 database and won't be able to enable Wi-Fi Calling."

I have called my local county's addressing cordinator for emergency services and she told me that my address is in their database.  Because of this issue, I am not able to use WiFi Calling.  What can I do to setup WiFi Calling on my phone?

Hello @johnrutledge2

I’m sorry to hear you aren’t able to set up Wi-Fi calling. It’s a very useful feature that allows you to stay connected at all times, and we understand how important that is to you!

What you can do is go to the United States Postal Service website and enter your address, it may format the address in such a way that is valid for the E911 address.

Another step you can try and complete is resetting the network settings in case the phone is not connecting to the right database. In order to do this go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. The phone will reboot, when it boots up completely try to set up the Wi-Fi calling. This does not affect any personal information stored on the device though you may have to reconnect any Bluetooth devices and re-enter any saved Wi-Fi passwords.

nope...new subdivision but the postal service has the address and keeps correcting me whenever I input Trail in the street name when I change addresses on line with various companies.  It recognizes Dusty TRL...  I followed the 2 steps above but no-go

No matter what I put in the address portion it says you can't use a PO box. Spent over an hour with AT&T support couldn't fix it than AT&T wrights me and says there's nothing wrong with the network.

"You cannot use a P.O. Box, and must have a valid street format." This is what I have there *** but it doesn't matter what is there it always returns the above error

The address entry form doesn't allow the ( - ) character so messing around
I just entered the numbers before my street insted of like this ( 55-5555
Street Name, ) like this ( 555555 Street Name ) and the program came back
with, "did you mean 55-5555 Street Name" I selected the correct one and it
worked.
