Account History older than 6 months

Does anyone know how to view account history older than 6 months. Right now I am able to view history since February 2015, but I want to see history of March 2014

I believe 6 billimg cycles is the most you can go back on viewing usage details for GoPhone. Postpaid accounts allow you to view 16 previous billing cycles.

I am having the same problem! I used to be able to see my entire Gophone account history but in the last month something changed and now I can only see 6 months back... What is going on??
