Being Charged for Gophone that I don't use

I just spent two hours on the phone and in chat online in an attempt to shut down my gophone auto-refill for a phone that I don't even use since my wife and I signed up for a new account together.  In an attempt to stop the charges to my credit card for a phone I don't use (and the agent at the store promised I would no longer be charged for...)  I talked to three agents, the first transferred me, the second put the phone down and left to chat and laugh in the background with her friends.  I could hear them.  I thought she would actually return to the phone, but gave up after waiting 40 minutes.

I tried online chat.  After a half hour of back and forth, she said I would need to call the go phone customer service people back.  When I actually have time to sit around on the phone I will be taking names and asking for managers every step of the way.

Does anyone know if they can track down who took my call and actually discipline people for stunts like that?

Hello, MrTpitydafool!

Thanks for posting. I'm so sorry to hear about your recent experience with some of our phone reps. We would be happy to investigate further, so please click here to send us a private message with your contact information, the best time to reach you, and a brief summary of the issue. We can also go ahead and make sure that the auto-refill feature is turned off.

You can expect a reply within two business days, so keep an eye on the little blue envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen. In the meantime, feel free to message me with any other questions or concerns. Once again, I apologize for the frustration and inconvenience.
