Can I send picture messages on an Android Go Phone with the Unlimited Talk & Text $30 plan?
I was told no when I asked but its not charging me yet. Before I got the prepaid phone I asked an agent if I would be able to send picture messages without a data plan but just the $30 talk and text and I was told no but Ive read somewhere that I can and I am confused and I cant risk it charging me extra. Please help!

I believe that texting photos requires data. If data is not available, they won't send.

Even though MMS messages require a data connection to work, MMS messages do not charge as data. In other words, you do not need a data plan to send picture messages but you do need a working data connection. Be advised though that if you have a smartphone, anytime you turn cellular data on the phone will most likely use data.
