Can't delink multi-line discount.

I have two GoPhones linked under one account for the multi-line discount. I am attempting to remove one, but keep getting the message: "We seem to be experiencing system issues. Please try again later. ". I tried three different browsers, and the problem is still here. Does anyone know what could be going on?

Welcome to our Community Forums! I am delighted to see you reach out to us in regards to the issue you have experienced. The Multi-Line discount is definitely a great tool, but I can understand your wish to remove a member.

 

As an account owner, you have ability to remove a member at any time. To complete the process, please:

 

  1. Log into myAT&T App or att.com/mygophone and select Multi-Line Discount.
  2. Follow the instructions to Return to an Individual Line.

 

If you are a member of the plan, you can also leave the Multi-Line account at any time by following these steps:

 

  1. Log into myAT&T App or att.com/mygophone and select Multi-Line Discount.
  2. Follow the instructions to Return to an Individual Line.

 

Sometimes when trying to complete this process, the cookies and cache need to be cleared from the browser as well. In most cases, this can be done through the browser options or history. Let us know how it works out! I hope you have a good rest of your week!
