Go Phone won't send or recieve texts with photos/attachments
I have had my smart phone for just over a year. Initially I was able to both send and receive texts that had photo attachments.
Recently however when I receive a text with an attachment it says "DOWNLOAD" and when I select this it tries for a time then tells me it cannot download. This has happened with texts from different people.
I have also tried sending a text with a photo to see if I could still do that and it would not send.
Has Go Phone started treating texts with attachments as part of data where you need an internet connection option to recieve these texts?

Texts with photos and attachments are MMS and the photos and attachments are treated as data. However, goPhone texts include the ability to send and receive MMS. You should contact customer service to work out the particular settings on your phone to receive MMS.
In the interim, if you have a wifi connection, you should be able to do the downloads.

Thanks for the info. I don't have WiFi unless I am someplace that has free WiFi. I will check into the settings for MMS.
