I have a question

hello,sir. I have a question. I  got my phone card (my Plan 10¢ / Minute)and payed 20 dollars at Coralville at the beginning of Octomber . yestertoday I couldn't received  my friend phone and  message. I login in  At&T and find my Account History was only 3.5 dollars. but my current balance  

$0.00(Expired on Oct 28, 2014).I only surf the internet in lab and my house where have wireless of their own.  I don't know why?

Hello @xbshjch99 

 

If you paid $20 (likely in two $10 refills), then the expiration date was only extended by 30 days. Is it possible that the refill was actually done at the very end of September? Do you still have a receipt where you can check that?

 

Next step up is a $25 refill and that one has an expiration date of 90 days, may be a better option for you.
