It does not matter where the the call is from, there are no extra charges for a received call.

Are you positive about this? ATT seemed to think that you will not be able to receive international calls from Europe with your 35 dollars prepaid plan. And that for me is a deal breaker since I have family overseas. Please advise me. Thank you so much!
