Messaging and hotspot not working since update
Did the update w says ago and now my messages won't delete and I'm not receiving. Also my hotspot will not work.

Hello, @Peanutmama16. Thanks for reaching back out to us with your device make and model. This information is so important to us, so that we can provide you answers specifically and personalized for you!
It may be helpful to do a few different resets on your device. This can help to clear up and glitches with connectivity to the network. Please be advised that a factory reset, should be the last and final attempt in any situation because this option does wipe your phone clean and restore it to factory settings, meaning anything that is not backed up on your phone would be lost. This is the only reset that does this. We don't believe this is necessary at this time though, but we definitely wanted to give you a heads-up about that!
The first thing you should do is power cycle your device. To do this: Press and hold the Power/Lock button on the right side of the device, then select Power off. To turn the device back on, press and hold the Power/Lock button until the screen lights up.
If this doesn't resolve the issue with your hotspot connectivity and messages not working properly, then let's try to reset your network settings. Please beware that resetting your network settings deletes previously associated Wi-Fi networks, security passcodes, Bluetooth devices and cellular network data settings. To do this: Swipe down from the Notification bar with two fingers, then select the Settings icon > scroll to and select System > select Advanced > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS > select RESET SETTINGS again to confirm.
