No services in France
Hello,
I'm in France right now and I have no services with my at&t prepaid SIM card.
I tried to select one operator (instead of automatic selection) but it doesn't work either.
I turned Off and On my phones (I tried with my Iphone 6 and my Samsung Galaxy S8) but it doesn't work.
I checked if I need to activate an option but I didn't find anything...
What should I do?
By the way, how can I change the renewal date (the 8. of the month isn't convenient for me)?

Prepaid cannot roam outside North America.

So I cannot have signal when outside North America? 2 weeks ago I had signal and I could check my voicemail while in London (or maybe already in France, I don't remember).
It could be because I deactivated Auto-pay and didn't charge for this month?

It has nothing to do with autopay. If you somehow did get a cellular connection two weeks ago, it was a mistake.

Your AT&T prepaid service should NEVER works in EU.
The only reason you may have service in UK is using free wifi.
You maybe switching on wifi on your phone,somehow it pick up some free wifi network.

Good Morning @juju6678,
I can understand how concerning not being able to use your phone in France is. When I read your postings, I see what is going on. Due to the fact auto-pay was turned off and prepaid accounts are shut off within a limited period of time, which is what caused the problem, I apologize about this.
If you are able to sign into a computer and pay your prepaid balance, you may be able to restore your service. Please keep in mind however, international roaming is not available on prepaid services.
