Payment denied

I've had this issue for months - payments always got "denied". I tried with credits cards from two different banks, which both confirmed that the transaction was successful, but AT&T revoked it and returned the money back to me. (BTW, my cards worked smoothly with all other services (Amazon, Greyhound, etc.))

I really want to know what happened and what should be done to fix this problem.

I have around 2 days to recharge my account before it's cancelled, so it's pretty urgent. Thanks for any help!

Update: Strangely, as soon as I changed the payment amount from $100 to $25, the payment succeeded (it was being denied just several seconds before that). I'm pretty sure, however, that my credit line is far above $100.... Perhaps AT&T doesn't want people pay too much 😛
